Such an amazingly peaceful place. From the moment you walk in you feel the welcoming energy. The cocoa ceremony was so enlightening. Practicing patience on Sunday mornings with Andrew is exactly what I needed especially being a beginner to yoga classes. Weather you are a beginner or an expert you will be happy here.
