Pay what you can
The healing power of sound has been an integral part of human civilization for thousands of years. We live in a Vibratory Universe where there is no such thing as solid matter. Everything we sense, feel, see, and touch is pure Energy. The matter we can detect is made up of tiny, denser bits of energy called vibrating particles.

BookBeginners Mind: A feel-good-in-your-body yoga workshop for beginners
Four consecutive Sundays Feb. 26th, March 5th, 12th and 19th 1pm-2:15pm
Have you been curious about yoga but unsure where to begin? Been invited to a yoga class but afraid you're not flexible/fit/calm/(fill-in-the-blank!) enough? Want to learn in community with other beginners? Cultivate a beginner's mind with a workshop series designed just for you! This workshop is for you if you're completely new to yoga, are coming back to yoga after a hiatus and need a refresher on the basics, or have taken a few classes but would like a more detailed breakdown and personalized guidance than you're able to get in a regular class. You will learn the foundational building blocks of yoga: focus on breath, proper alignment, use of props, how to find options that work for your body, and an introduction to yoga philosophy to take your yoga off the mat - all within the comfort and support of other learners. You can expect each class to include community building, new knowledge about poses and alignment, optional hands-on assists, and a short flow linking it all together. Join Erin Lingo, RYT500 and Somatic Coach, for a four-week beginners series designed to prepare you physically and emotionally to take a Level 1 or all-levels class at Align or another studio

BookYin & Yang Yoga Workshop
Saturday Feb. 18th at 9:30am
Yin/Yang Yoga 90-Minute Workshop Enjoy both the benefits of an energetic, active practice (Yang) with that of a slower paced and meditative practice (Yin) in this special 90-minute class with guest teacher Siobhan Carlton. The first 45 minutes will encompass dynamic sequences and standing postures that build strength, stamina and flexibility. In contrast, the second 45 minutes will be a slower practice where poses are passively held. If you are relatively new to yin yoga, the practice targets the deep connective tissues and works to calm the nervous system. Because of its meditative qualities, the practice allows you to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. “The practice of yin/yang yoga helps us learn about stillness in movement and the flow in stillness.” Sarah Powers
