We are excited to announce Align Yoga Rocks & Reiki is hosting another amazing summer of community yoga at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts! Join us! Every two weeks on Saturday mornings May 11th through October 31st at 9am to cultivate community and practice yoga together. Northern Lights Yoga Nidra Retreat

Our December retreat is full! Didnt get a chance to sign up in time? Maybe the December dates didnt work with your schedule? Well, here is your second chance! We have created another retreat so that as many of you have the opportunity to benefit from this magical experience as possible. This group will be going November 10th - 18th and will be a small intimate gathering of about 10. Reserve your spot while you still can! Deep in the arctic circle, we will immerse ourselves in the culture and magic of Lapland, Finland. Supported by the ancient forests, extended periods of darkness, magical 3.5 hours of twilight , the Northern Lights, and of course daily yoga asana and yoga nidra, we will Align with our true essence AND play in the snow!
