Such an amazingly peaceful place. From the moment you walk in you feel the welcoming energy. The cocoa ceremony was so enlightening. Practicing patience on Sunday mornings with Andrew is exactly what I needed especially being a beginner to yoga classes. Weather you are a beginner or an expert you will be happy here. Im looking forward to doing a reki sound bath soon and signing up for a massage, the private rooms are divinely decorated for maximum relaxing and healing. This is a place of healing your mind, body, and soul.
