Y12SR – Modeled from the meetings of 12-step programs, the Yoga of 12- Step Recovery is a group-sharing circle followed by an intentional, all abilities, themed yoga class. This class is open to anyone who has been impacted directly or relationally by any form of addiction, or who is questioning their relationship with addiction and recovery. This is a pay-what-you-can class.

Mid Week Rest and Recharge Wed. @ 6pm

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

Mid Week Rest and Recharge: Activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) in a dynamic flow that intends to focus on prana (breathe) to calm the mind, and asana (poses) to align and strengthen; with focus on restoration. The practice will build heat in the body while offering the stress relief benefits of a grounding practice. The offering is a chill hatha flow class; ranging from restorative asana (resting poses) to standing poses. Give yourself permission to move and be in community. All levels, All welcome.

Cozy Slow Flow Thursday @ 6:30pm

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

This class combines slow and mindful movement, supported and restful holds, and a gentle and consistent attention to the breath. We will practice settling into the ease of the present moment so that we can be our most centered selves both on and off the mat.
This soft and supportive space is open to all. As we listen to our bodies, we will find comfort in each posture with the help of modifications and props like bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps. All props are provided, but feel free to bring/wear anything you need to stay cozy (sweatshirt, warm socks, blanket…)

Better than Coffee / Sunrise Flow -Friday 6:30am

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

Press pause on the morning rush! Awaken and strengthen in this energizing all-levels flow. Fresh from sleep, we gradually activate and rejuvenate the body through centering, breath-initiated movement, and heat-generating practice. The benefits of a morning practice include helping us connect with our purpose and inner peace to face the day with clarity and intention.
Expect a balanced class that moves the body and mind from stillness to dynamic flow, with plenty of options for variations and modifications making this appropriate for all levels of experience.

Practicing Presence Sunday 9:30am

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

This all-levels vinyasa flow class harnesses intentional movement and breath to heal our relationship to the present moment.

We’ll practice sun salutation sequences and use both standing and floor poses to reconnect with our bodies and cultivate mindful presence.

Elements of meridian yoga therapy, a practice grounded in traditional Chinese medicine, will also be incorporated through optional self-acupressure points during postures.

All are welcome in this recovery and trauma-informed class.

Gentle Yoga for Every BODY Sunday @ 5:30pm

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

Release your week and end your weekend on a gentle note. Open the body, deepen the breath, and bring a soft focus for your mind. Learn breath work, poses and meditations to help you feel at ease in your own yoga practice.
ALL levels of experience or non experience are welcome. Great for newcomers to the practice. Many modifications offered for poses.
