Rise & Shine Vinyasa Monday 9am

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

This is an all levels, beginner-friendly vinyasa flow in which we invoke the breath to guide movement. No two classes will be the same as Corey adjusts to fit the needs of her students, but the hour will always focus on finding alignment in key poses to help stretch, strengthen, and relax the body.
This class is great for anyone seeking a strong foundation or who wishes to build upon their
personal practice. This is a pay-what-you-can class. If for some reason you can’t show up,
please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else. Suggested donation is $12-22.

Y12SR Humble Warriors wih Corey Monday 6:30pm

1 Hour 30 Mins | Pay-What-You-Can

Y12SR – Modeled from the meetings of 12-step programs, the Yoga of 12- Step Recovery is a group-sharing circle followed by an intentional, all abilities, themed yoga class. This class is open to anyone who has been impacted directly or relationally by any form of addiction, or who is questioning their relationship with addiction and recovery. This is a pay-what-you-can class.
Suggested donation is $12-$22. This class will meet on the 1st Monday of every month.

Mindful Movement Vinyasa Flow Tuesday @ 7:15pm

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

This mid-week reset builds on the foundations of flow to cultivate strength and heat, balanced with flexibility and stillness. Together we explore a breath-centered practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation, focusing on the internal experience of movement, rather than external appearance or end result. This class is aimed at Level 1/2, while offering plenty of options and modifications for all levels of practice and experience. This is a pay what you can class.

Mid Week Rest and Recharge Wed. @ 6pm

1 Hour | Pay-What-You-Can

Mid Week Rest and Recharge: Activate your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest) in a dynamic flow that intends to focus on prana (breathe) to calm the mind, and asana (poses) to align and strengthen; with focus on restoration. The practice will build heat in the body while offering the stress relief benefits of a grounding practice. The offering is a chill hatha flow class; ranging from restorative asana (resting poses) to standing poses. Give yourself permission to move and be in community. All levels, All welcome.

Better than Coffee / Sunrise Flow -Friday 6:30am

Press pause on the morning rush! Awaken and strengthen in this energizing all-levels flow. Fresh from sleep, we gradually activate and rejuvenate the body through centering, breath-initiated movement, and heat-generating practice. The benefits of a morning practice include helping us connect with our purpose and inner peace to face the day with clarity and intention.
Expect a balanced class that moves the body and mind from stillness to dynamic flow, with plenty of options for variations and modifications making this appropriate for all levels of experience.

Bhakti Flow Saturday 10am

Bhakti Flow is an integrative all levels vinyasa flow class that includes exploration of yogic philosophy, guided meditation, pranayama, (breath work), asana, (postures), mantra and freedom to discover your own flow. Expect to work hard in this class with fun inspiring music, multiple ways to press against your edges, creative circular patterns of movement, ample humor and thought provoking ideas to help you live your yoga on and off the mat.

Practicing Presence Sunday 9:30am

1 hr|Pay-What-You-Can

This all-levels vinyasa flow class harnesses mindful movement, breath, meditation, and relaxation to heal our relationship to the present moment.
We’ll practice sun salutations and use both standing and floor poses to reconnect with our bodies and cultivate mindful presence. All are welcome in this recovery and trauma-informed class.

Gentle Yogas for Every BODY Sunday @ 5:30pm

1 hr|Pay-What-You-Can

Release your week and end your weekend on a gentle note. Open the body, deepen the breath, and bring a soft focus for your mind. Learn breath work, poses and meditations to help you feel at ease in your own yoga practice.
ALL levels of experience or non experience are welcome. Great for newcomers to the practice. Many modifications offered for poses.
